RS COIN is configuring a $250,000 Ethereum Genesis Presale through Fjord Foundry's permissionless, non-partnered Fixed Price route. Offline compatibility testing is complete; the public sale is not yet active.

Fjord's standard contracts handle sale assets, finalization, claims and refunds. RS COIN still must complete token funding, campaign setup, eligibility, legal review and its own launch authorization before public purchasing.

Genesis economics
Approved planning charter: 250,000,000 RS-CORE-equivalent Genesis units at $0.001 each, with $250,000 gross at full sellout. A distinct xRSCORE placeholder is proposed for Fjord; the overall RS-CORE presale allocation remains 1,250,000,000.
Fjord integration and scheduled redemption
The offline adapter models Fjord Fixed Price sales, scheduled token claiming, purchaser allocation, and refund outcomes. Tests do not constitute live sale execution.

Fixed price, assets and wallet limits
Fjord documents fixed prices, payment-asset selection, and per-wallet purchase limits. RS COIN still needs its own verified sale configuration and approved payment asset.
Finalization, claims and refunds
Fjord's established sale contracts handle finalization, scheduled token delivery and refunds. RS COIN will configure the sale within those mechanisms, including the applicable published fees.
Pending external proof or decision
Exact production factory and security evidence
The reviewed historic Ethereum FixedPricePool implementation has only a partial source match. The currently supported factory, source and relevant security evidence still need verification; no launch partnership is required for RS COIN's permissionless route.
RS COIN sale setup and token funding
No RS COIN Fjord sale is deployed. RS COIN must deploy and verify a distinct Ethereum Mainnet xRSCORE placeholder, authorize its 250,000,000-unit inventory, approve a sale-owner wallet, payment asset and fees, and establish later RS-CORE entitlement and redemption terms.
Eligibility and economic-group limits
KYC/AML, jurisdiction policy and one permitted wallet per verified economic group remain unresolved. Per-wallet caps alone do not enforce economic-group caps.
Legal review and launch authorization
Purchaser terms, risk disclosures, independent review, Mainnet and Founder campaign OPEN authorization remain outstanding.

Canonical token architecture
Verified in tests
RS-CORE is the fixed-supply governance token. RS-FLOW is a separate 8-decimal elastic utility token with no voting power. Neither token is deployed on mainnet.
RS-FLOW control path
Verified in tests
Settlement checks, reserve-vault capability discovery, and fail-closed refusals are implemented and covered by keeper tests. Public visitors see those checks only as a simulation.
Reserve / keeper safety
Verified in tests
Reserve vault boundaries, keeper processing, idempotency, and reconciliation controls are implemented and exercised on test and rehearsal paths. They are not a production mainnet controller.

The RS-FLOW Public Proof Lab is published at /rs-flow/proof. It is a deterministic simulation. It does not sign, broadcast, mint, move reserves, or reconcile.
Sepolia test payment
Verified in tests
One genuine Ethereum Sepolia test-USDC transfer is published at /presale/sepolia-payment. The chain verifies the ERC-20 payment. Staging settlement to ALLOCATION_PENDING is internal audit evidence. Production payment activation, Genesis delivery, and keeper execution stay off.

The Fjord Fixed Price and scheduled-redemption routes are represented in offline tests, but no RS COIN Fjord sale contract, approved payment asset, or production payment rail is bound. The separate Sepolia test payment does not open a sale.

Fjord Genesis economics and scheduled claim/refund handling have offline validation. The current production contract source, applicable fees, configured token inventory, purchaser eligibility, and independent security evidence require completion or verification. Pricing engine
Model B Breakout presale pricing
An offline pricing engine is implemented and covered by tests. It does not open a sale. A 1.5x or 2x multiplier is an eligibility result for a later phase. It is not a forecast of token appreciation and it is not an investment return.
IMPLEMENTED AND TESTED — NOT LIVE
- Six phases advance only in order. A phase cannot be skipped or reopened backward.
- Genesis stays at its fixed 1x reference price.
- A later phase may use 1x, 1.5x, or 2x of that phase’s own baseline. The multipliers do not compound.
- A higher tier requires verified settlement of the entire prior-phase allocation.
- Participation is counted by verified economic group, including the ordinary purchase cap for that group.
- Concentration limits apply to the largest buyer and to the top five buyers.
- 1.5x requires kept settlement of at least 95 percent. 2x requires at least 99 percent.
- A premium also requires a minimum of seven unpaused qualifying days, 604,800 seconds. Reaching that minimum does not by itself raise the price.
- Time after day seven does not cancel a qualification that still meets the other rules. There is no automatic expiration at 604,801 seconds.
- Any pause while a phase is open disqualifies 2x for the next phase. 1.5x can remain eligible. The next price is frozen before that phase opens.
- The RS-CORE supply stays fixed. Unsold allocation is not minted into circulation by this engine.
Settlement
Direct ERC-20 treasury settlement
The repository can verify a direct ERC-20 treasury payment and record a locked allocation receipt. That path is not an active Mainnet collection. No production treasury is approved, and no token is delivered.
Implemented engineering — not active Mainnet collection
- Settlement uses a direct ERC-20 transfer to a treasury, not a card checkout and not native ETH.
- The invoice matched to the transfer is immutable.
- Verification reads the transaction through a trusted RPC.
- A unique settlement reference blocks replay.
- A matching settlement can record a locked RS-CORE allocation receipt.
- The receipt does not authorize delivery. Tokens are not sent to the purchaser.

Simulation
The Proof Lab runs keeper checks on a fixed fixture. It does not sign, mint, submit a transaction, or reconcile a live reserve.

Credential card checkout, presale purchase, direct ERC-20 collection, and Genesis delivery exist in the repository or in configured non-production environments. The canonical public site does not accept those payments.

Intended production settlement
Founder-approved direction PI-01 names the intended first production settlement path. It does not approve a treasury, open the presale, or activate Mainnet.
- Ethereum Mainnet is the intended initial production settlement network.
- Native USDC is the intended initial payment asset.
- The actual treasury, custody arrangement, finality threshold, legal approval, and activation approval remain pending.

RS-CORE Genesis Early Access Credential may be used as the verified record of eligibility, access, or entitlement. It is not the RS-CORE token and is not silently transferable.
A credential records state. It does not guarantee a financial return. Credential infrastructure is separate from RS-CORE ownership. Designed as non-transferable access rights, not as tradable assets.
