The fixed RS-CORE supply is not increased by presale pricing. A tested direct ERC-20 settlement can record a locked allocation receipt only. The repository can verify a direct ERC-20 treasury payment and record a locked allocation receipt. That path is not an active Mainnet collection. No production treasury is approved, and no token is delivered.
Governance rule
Governance authority must not be duplicated through wrapped or bridged representations.
A Solana representation exists only after canonical units are locked in Ethereum escrow. Representation and locked principal must not both carry voting power.
