These cards describe system milestones. Dates are not invented. Complete means the relevant engineering is present and has been exercised in the environments named on Transparency — not that mainnet is live.
Credential infrastructure
CompletePayment-to-credential pipeline, tiered Credential NFTs, validation, revocation, expiration, reissue, and administrative audit trail are implemented and exercised on test networks.
RS-CORE deployment
CompleteFixed 25,000,000,000 supply token deployed on Ethereum Sepolia. Minting sealed. Distinct multisig admin, compliance, and pauser authorities.
RS-FLOW foundation
CompleteRS-FLOW foundation is complete on accepted test paths. The canonical Reserve architecture uses an 8-decimal Solana SPL token with Reserve Vault-controlled issuance. Earlier Devnet mints remain historical test artifacts; Option C canonical Devnet deployment is pending under M7.
Dual-chain bridge
In reviewCanonical Ethereum escrow → Wormhole VAA → Solana NTT Manager path has completed its accepted testnet engineering milestone. Not mainnet-live.
M4 — Reserve foundation
CompleteReserve Controller and Vault enforcement foundation are implemented and integrated with the platform on accepted test and rehearsal paths. This is not a production-active Mainnet controller.
M5 — Keeper & reserve operations
CompleteKeeper automation, durable event transport, reconciliation, RPC failover, and Reserve integration are implemented and integrated into the accepted testnet stack.
M6 — Genesis & Sepolia readiness
CompleteControlled Genesis and presale rehearsal tooling, Sepolia simulation, operator-readiness controls, and MetaMask Mobile readiness were integrated and validated. This does not authorize public deployment.
M7 — Security & launch readiness
CompleteM7 engineering is complete for the accepted repository scope: fail-closed production configuration, the security-review and external-gate registers, local incident rehearsal, disclosure reconciliation, and release-readiness tooling. Staging execution, production key custody, independent audit, and Founder activation remain pending. Completing this card does not activate the public Presale or Mainnet.
Presale activation
In developmentProduction activation remains pending. The Presale is not active. Sale asset, price, payment provider, window, and delivery terms are unset. M7 engineering completion does not open this sale.
Mainnet readiness
In developmentProduction activation remains pending. Ethereum Mainnet is the intended initial settlement network and native USDC is the intended initial asset, but treasury, custody, finality, legal, and activation approvals are not granted. No mainnet contracts are deployed. Independent system verification and final go/no-go acceptance remain outstanding. MAINNET READY is not claimed.

RS-FLOW public Proof Lab
CompletePublic-safe simulation and reconciliation demonstrations; no live signing or minting.
Founder authority development
CompleteFounder governance and authority-binding development, with production handoff still gated.
Presale architecture
CompleteSix-phase presale architecture and direct ERC-20 locked-receipt settlement are implemented and tested. Public collection is not active.
Offline settlement and finality
CompleteImmutable invoices, trusted RPC verification, replay protection, and locked receipts are implemented in tests. They are not live Mainnet transactions.
Seven-category tokenomics
CompleteApproved allocation design and custody architecture; production implementation remains gated.
Demand-responsive pricing policy
CompleteImplemented and tested offline: 1x, 1.5x, and 2x on each phase’s own baseline, with sellout, concentration, and retention gates. Not a live price and not a promise of appreciation.
Offline pricing implementation
CompleteTested offline. A premium needs at least seven unpaused qualifying days and does not expire merely because more time passes. The clock alone does not raise a tier. Not live.
